The airport is home to two private jet terminals — Biggin Hill Executive Handling and the brand new Jetex London FBO, which opened in January 2023 as Jetex's first UK facility. Both terminals offer on-site UK Border Force, direct ramp access and full concierge services, operating completely separately from one another.

The original Biggin Hill terminal, owned and operated by the airport itself. Biggin Hill Executive Handling is co-located with UK Border Force, providing on-site customs and immigration clearance for all international arrivals. The team handles all aspects of arrival and departure — passenger handling, ground transport, hotel accommodation, catering, laundry and concierge services — under a single roof.
The terminal features a large VIP lounge with flexible seating arrangements, direct ramp access and the ability for passenger set-down at the aircraft without transiting the facilities, subject to security requirements.

Jetex London is the newest and most contemporary terminal at Biggin Hill, opening in January 2023 as Jetex's first UK FBO. Located at Hangar 510, the 1,900 sq m state-of-the-art terminal was designed with passenger privacy as its core principle — featuring several exclusive lounges including a cigar lounge, fully equipped boardrooms, shower suites, retail and entertainment areas, multilingual staff and a prayer room.
Jetex London offers on-site UK Border Force and customs control, direct ramp access, catering, concierge services and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). It is the global leader in executive aviation, with a flagship presence at Paris Le Bourget and now London.

Operating Hours: 06:30–22:00 Monday to Friday. 09:00–20:00 weekends and bank holidays. For arrivals outside these hours, Luton or Stansted are recommended alternatives — both operate 24 hours.
